Divide nmol/l by 2. 5 to get ng/ml
150nmol/l / 2. 5= 60ng
To convert ng/ml to nmol/l multiply by 2. 5
40ng X 2. 5=100nmol/l

In Australia, the serum level is measured in nmol/L; are you able to tell me how to convert that to themeasurements you have (ng/ml?? if i am reading it properly)?
